This option is ideal if you’re ready to commit and want to receive the best available rate for this intimate, alcohol-free retreat experience.

Length: 4 days / 3 nights
Location: Peaceful Waters, Texas
Group Size: Limited to 9 guests total
Room Type: Shared accommodations
Your early bird investment covers the entire retreat experience, including:
4 days / 3 nights accommodations
All meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages
Home-cooked meals planned using Texas per-diem standards
Guided facilitation, reflection, and journaling
Retreat materials and shared resources
Event insurance and operational costs
A calm, supportive, alcohol-free environment
(Transportation to and from the retreat is not included.)
Early Bird registrations are paid in full and are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, the $500 deposit portion is non-refundable due to upfront venue and retreat preparation costs.
Once the final payment deadline of March 1 has passed, all payments are non-refundable.
This applies regardless of changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or travel issues.
